3. Notion Account Required

All templates sold on NotionRhino are designed to be used within the Notion platform. In order to use any template purchased from us, you must have your own Notion account. NotionRhino does not provide Notion accounts, and we are not responsible for Notion’s account creation process, pricing, or terms of service.

4. Notion Platform Availability

Because our templates run entirely within the Notion platform, your ability to access and use purchased templates depends on Notion’s service availability. Any outages, downtime, service disruptions, or platform changes made by Notion that affect your access to a purchased template are outside of our control and ability to resolve.

If you experience issues accessing Notion or your templates due to a platform-level problem, we recommend checking Notion’s status page for real-time updates on service availability.

5. Template Compatibility

Our templates are designed and tested to work with the current version of Notion at the time of release. If Notion introduces changes to their platform that affect how a template functions, we will make reasonable efforts to update affected templates, but we cannot guarantee immediate compatibility with all future Notion updates.
